Technically simple but managerially different
Many managers appreciate the technical aspects of logistics and distribution management through having “hands on done the job”. However when it comes to getting continued improvements and also to doing this with people, then for many, Logistics Management can prove to be managerially difficult. As an experienced trainer and consultant with extensive experience in the service industry supply third party services in UK and Overseas locations, I can help

Understanding needs
From having worked in the industry directly for over 30 years, since 1990 I have concentrated on encouraging and helping managers to bring beneficial change by supporting their learning, so they can be better managers, improving both business performance and their own personal fulfilment. I therefore help people learn and to change - whether the requirements are in service improvement, cost reduction, or in people development (teams or individuals).

“In times of change, it is only the learners who will inherit the future”
